Sanjeev kapoor had shown one recipe with baby potatoes called "tilwale alu" in khana khazana long time ago. I did not note down the recipe that time. So just made this subji the usual way adding til (sesame) to it. Tasted good.
Roast around 1tbsp of til and grind it to fine powder.
Boil the baby potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan . Add jeera,hing,red chillies,turmeric powder and coriander powder to it.
Then add the cooked potatoes and mix well.
Then add the powdered til and salt according to taste. Garnish with coriander leaves.
The quantity of ingredients is according to the quantity of potatoes and to suit your taste.
